This project was a commission to develop pictograms that tell the visitor in a positive way how he is expected to behave in a forest. The rules are explained in four languages, and the focus is on why a certain behaviour is expected, as opposed to common practice of showing what is not allowed.

The guidelines are accompanied by several photographs delivered to me of school kids holding trash items that they picked up in the woods.
